What does Crosspointe believe?

A lot. However, we’re more concerned with discovering what it means to
actually live what we say we believe. In summary though, here’s some
examples. We believe that the good news of Jesus and His Kingdom
impacts every area of a person’s life and culture. We reject the non-Scriptural
idea that the world is divided into sacred and secular, but rather believe that
Jesus is redeeming all of creation and we’re invited to partner with Him. We
believe that Jesus, God in flesh, and His Ways lead us into the best life
possible now and for all eternity and are completely worthy of our trust. We
believe that our trust relationship is with God Himself and not to the religion
of Christianity. We embrace the inspiration of the Scriptures as found in the
Bible and believe they should be studied and applied through the lens of their
historical, literary, and cultural contexts. We believe that God is not
intimidated by our questions. We believe that we should always be seekers,
diving into the mystery of God, refusing to come to an arrogant place of
thinking “I’ve arrived’ on our journey. We believe that one can never be good
enough to earn God’s grace, but rather our eternal hope rests solely in what
Jesus has done on the cross and through his resurrection. As one begins a trust
relationship with Jesus, we believe that a mysterious transformation takes place,
where by God’s love for us, Jesus’ perfection is applied to our imperfect lives,
enabling us to be free from condemnation. We believe that as one grows
closer to God, the evidence of that is displayed by God transforming our lives
as marked by increasing expressions of qualities like love, selflessness,
generosity, courage, and grace.
