How is the leadership of Crosspointe organized?

Crosspointe has elders that voluntarily serve to provide oversight
for the spiritual health of the community.  The lead pastor
oversees all pastoral staff. Together we all work toward
casting and implementing God’s vision for our community,
equipping and empowering those participating in our mission,
and handling all the day to day responsibilities and decisions.
