Stock Donations

Donating stock directly to the church instead of donating proceeds from the sale of stock typically offers a tremendous tax benefit, while preserving more of the stock's value for your donation. Tangible Asset and Property Donations

If you would like to donate property or a tangible asset such as equipment or furniture, please contact finance@crosspointe.org.

Contribute Entires Theology Uncorked

Theology Uncorked

When Theology Uncorked started in 2015, I wanted to attend the first meeting, but I was scared to go.  What if I didn’t know or understand anything about the topic being discussed?   What if I was the only one in the room who felt a particularly strong way about a social issue?  After a few months I got the guts to go, and I quickly found out my people were in that room!  Even though I’m still quite apprehensive sometimes to share my thoughts in the larger group, I’m opening up more frequently in smaller groups later in the evening.  Theology Uncorked has helped me become much more comfortable discussing social issues that are very important to me while in a setting with people who go to Crosspointe.  Since it is held at a local restaurant/bar, it provides the perfect laidback atmosphere to discuss varied topics, learn, laugh, and even eat dinner together.  I attend every month regardless of the topic, because I know I will come away with some new tidbit of knowledge and understanding.  Theology Uncorked has become another place for me to belong at Crosspointe.

Contribute Entires Unpolished

Unpolished

In the fall of 2015 when the first meeting of Unpolished was announced, I was really struggling in my life.  I wasn’t exactly sure what I needed, but I knew it involved support. I attended Unpolished and I was hooked from that first night. I sat at a table with some women I knew, and some who I’d never met but have since become dear friends. As Unpolished continued, I was asked to be on the leadership team. I was terrified, but I said yes anyway.  I would’ve never thought I would find a role serving as a small group leader.  It is something I didn’t know I was capable of doing, but I’ve realized that the spiritual gifts God gave me work together perfectly in this environment. With each gathering at Unpolished, women walk into a room where they are surrounded by love and care and support. At first, I was there because I desperately needed those things.  And now, not only do I benefit from the care-filled room, I get to be that person for other women.

How do I access my contribution statement or see my donation history?

Your donation history and contribution statements can be accessed in Connect, Crosspointe's online community. Go to crosspointe.org/connect. Once you log in to Connect, click on the “$” or “Give” button in the left-hand column. Then, click on Schedules/History link at the top of the page. A “Giving Statement” button will then appear on the top right-hand side of the screen. Select “Family” as the Type. Under “Date Range,” select the appropriate time frame and be sure to include tax-deductible donations. Click “Run Report” and then print out that page for your tax records.

Why is the only designation I can select on the Contribute page “Offering?”

“Offering" is Crosspointe’s general fund that supports all ongoing local and global ministry and operating costs.
