Community Garden

We welcome you to come grow and learn with us!

Growing Together Community Garden was established in 2019 as a partnership between Crosspointe Church and the Northwest Cary YMCA with the mission to educate, collaborate, and build community through gardening. The 2026 season is underway!

New volunteers are always welcome to join our team — no experience is necessary! Sign up here to volunteer on June 13th as replace the grit in our garden pathways or here on future workdays.

Our team employs organic gardening practices and is dedicated to promoting environmental literacy and sustainability, supporting biodiversity and healthy ecosystems, and mitigating local food insecurity. All produce grown is donated to White Oak Food Pantry.

Growing Together Community Garden is nearly 100% volunteer led and sustained, and this year, we are eager to add additional volunteers to our team. Interest in volunteering far outweighs the need for gardening experience!

Some of the activities we're seeking support with include:
· Planting and caring for the plants
· Weeding and watering
· Harvesting and donation drop off
· Supporting educational activities
